Damn.. isnt performance pay and bonuses meant for people who make a difference in a company? or better still.. contribute significantly to the well being of the company and everyone? Then why in the world did our CHEIF CLERK get her f****** performance pay + (in your face) pay INCREMENT ! what in the world is happening?
1. She didnt help us fight for the back payment that was supposed to be ours
2. She smoked 18 of us off by telling us we had our backpay secured only to tell us a week later that we didnt?
3. She is a lazy bum
